Our virtual yearbook design session is a process where we work one on one online (Zoom, Meet, Skype, whatever is easiest for you) to create your yearbook cover. The ideal scenario will go like this:
Schedule a virtual session here! Invite your yearbook staff to join.
Share your theme, ideas, and preferences with Chuck so he can get those concepts marinating in the brain juices.
Join the meeting and watch Chuck work up your cover with your feedback, and then send you a jpeg file of the mock-up sketch.
Review the mock-up sketch and give feedback or suggestions as you agree to move the design into production and complete the cover proof.
A digital jpeg proof will be sent for review/approval. You may submit changes for a reproof, and repeat this process until you are 100% pleased.
Receive the final cover design proof and approve it for production.
